A $200 administrative fee is due upon signing. Water, provided by a shared well, trash pick up, and yard maintenance are all included in the monthly rent. All other utilities are the responsibility of the tenants. A refrigerator, washer and dryer hookups, and stove are included. This home is pet friendly, so bring your furry friend along!
