The units are incredibly large and the location is great. You are within 10 minutes of everywhere in Boone.
After last year's flooding, I appreciate how the property has the high ground.

Best places in Boone!!
This is by far the best place to live in the high country! 3 story townhomes that are soundproof, quiet, beautifully built both inside and out! These are one of the only nonstudent housing options in Boone! And the monthly rent is well worth the peaceful, quietness that Creekside Villas provides all its tenants! The owners are always on site and on call, catering to tenants needs. This is such a beautiful place to call home! It has the feeling of being outside the city limits yet it’s actually... conveniently located right in the middle of Boone! Everything is within a mile! I highly recommend living here! It is hands down the BEST! The most superior of all housing/rental options Boone offers!
