As a former resident, my vehicle was broken into twice in the parking lot and the complex had zero security cameras to aid the investigations. They have high management turnover despite being purchased by another property management company. They have few, small amenities and no pool and lots of small fees embedded in the contracts. Other apartment complexes in the Belmont area have better pricing for the same space, better amenities, and better overall quality.

AMAZING COMMUNITY
I have lived here for 3 months and I LOVE it. The location is great with lots of places close by to eat and enjoy a night out. The community is amazing and well kept. The apartment has a very modern feel to it... Allen is a great property manager and is always on top of any issues that you may have. I highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a place to live.

Awesome Place to Live
Since living here, I have enjoyed every minute! Very friendly staff and neighbors. I enjoy the quiet neighborhood very much. My favorite part is using the fire pit on chilly nights.

Lovely place
I love this place, so peaceful and beautiful. Annie is the best in customer service, very attentive and friendly. The apartment has more than I expected and that makes me happy.
