Cons: - Thin walls (you will hear it every time your upstairs neighbor walks around, opens or closes the door, moves furniture, flushes the toilet, does laundry, etc.) - Street noise (if your unit faces the street) - Few amenities - Few community events (if you care about that kind of thing) - The water pressure + duration of hot water in the... shower could be better
