My golden retriever and I have lived here since Oct 2023, convenient to recreation (Lake Jordan, Sharon Harris lake) American Tobacco Trail). Shopping (Beaver Commons is 5 mins away, Shops at SouthPoint ~ 30 mins), access to major roadways (540 and 64) are just about at your front door. Staff is amazing, friendly and professional...property is professional maintained. Kai loves the backyard

It’s a YES for me!
This is a wonderful community with a staff that enjoys what they do! It’s a quiet and welcoming environment. There’s a lot of trails nearby for anyone that loves the nature.

A perfect spot to come home to
You couldn’t ask for a better spot to live. You’re 5 minutes away from anything you could think of. The homes are spacious, modern, located in a perfect area. You have mowers, trash pick up, and an a-1 office team!

Love this neighborhood
Such a beautiful neighborhood and brand new homes in Apex. The staff onsite is fantastic to work with. They really care about helping you find the right home. Love that you can get outside and walk around on the sidewalks. The homes are beautiful! Lots of space and LOVING the screened in porch!

we just moved in about a month ago and it's been AMAZING!!! our new home has everything that we need!! the application and leasing process was very fast and stress-free!! highly recommend this property!
