I’ve had such a positive experience living here, mostly because of the office staff. They are truly caring and always smiling, and they go out of their way to make you feel welcome. Every time I come into the office they offer me snacks or drinks, ask how my day is going, and make me feel like I matter not just another resident. I don’t have family in the area, so that kind of kindness really means a lot to me. It makes this place feel more like home. The only thing I’d love to see improved is... the dog parks, but I know the new lady is already working on it but she actually mentioned it to me the other day and that made me feel heard. Overall, I’m very happy here and grateful for such a supportive team!

Tereese is awesome!
The assistant leasing manager was super helpful. She was very personable and addressed my every need. She was very flexible and even went out of her way to check on me and my fam on her day off once we got moved in. I’ve never had any leasing agent offer such amazing customer service!

Rpm
It use to be great when hawthorne owned it. Rpm take hr lunches at the clubhouse n lock the door on several occasions. These reviews were when hawthorne owned it not now. The fix staff is the same n are all great . Kevin should work at hawthorne .
