There is a propane fireplace. Downstairs holds another two bedrooms, one equipped with two twin-size beds and a full-size bed. The second bedroom downstairs is equipped with a queen-size bed along with another full bath. There is a washer and dryer provided. Tenant is responsible for propane use, electric and water/sewer. There is a single car garage along with one additional parking spot.(Parking spot is not assigned) Owner will provide wi-fi. This unit will only be available Mid September through Mid May.
