I lived here last year and it was locally owned. Fairly decent apartments but they were safe. Very very outdated. I understand they're coming under new management but the pictures online are extremely inaccurate and misleading. All the appliances are from the 70s and the buildings are all very outdated. Do not blindly rent one of these apartments.

Pecan Ridge Apts.
Good points: Rent is low ! Repairs, if needed are done quickly ! Water and garbage is included in rent ! Safe area ! Bad points: Appliances are old & water heater is small.

The apartment lack the ability to be maintained but that is because of poor maintain economic. That being said they usually try soon after you put in a request to fulfill it. The manager is very good at what she does and she tries to keep everything going. Not a bad place to live with a store at 100 ft.
