Maintenance is nice and place is close to campus. You can make it feel like home pretty easily too. Front office does close often unfortunately, but if you really need them, they have an emergency number. Also Waffle Wednesdays are great. I look forward to them every week.

Great area and space, and the amenities offered are great. It’s in a convenient location if you attend MSU or just enjoy MSU sports. but can be loud at all hours of the night. Overall great spot.

Great overall experience nice 2 floor apartment with a kitchen and separate bedrooms and an extra bathroom. The staff are really kind the only thing I wish was the kitchen counters were a little bit bigger and the stove burners so I can use wider pots but other than that great expirience.
