Calm place to be at. Have constant events going at the office to enjoy and network. Has reliable maintenance and helpful front office team. Would 100 percent recommend to new comers.

I really enjoy living in my apartment, and overall it has been a positive experience. The space itself is comfortable, the neighbors are generally quiet, and the location is convenient for everything I need day to day. The only thing I truly wish were different is the lighting in the hallways. When it gets dark outside, the building doesn’t always turn the hallway lights on right away, which can make the walk to and from my unit feel a bit dim and unwelcoming. It’s not a major issue, but it’s... something that would definitely improve the atmosphere and sense of safety in the evenings. Aside from that small concern, I’m genuinely happy with the apartment and appreciate the quality of the living environment. The apartment location, price, utilities, and amenities are great for students. The pool and events like Waffle Wednesdays are amazing. Had some issues with getting maintenance out to fix appliances, but after our dryer was replaced we haven't had any issues. I wish we had internet through social block for the townhomes though, as the cell service can be bad in that area and local internet providers are spotty with blackouts.

I’ve been here for 3 months and it’s been ok. Maintenance is fast and easy. Office is easy to contact. Community is quiet and have no problems with neighbors.

It’s a pretty good apartment complex. They just need to update some units and make the kitchen space brighter and more storage and counter space
