I enjoy living here. It's not noisy at all, and everyone I have talked to when I'm outside are usually very polite. The front desk workers at the office are also very helpful when I have an issue or need maintenance ASAP.

four stars might seem high, but the price is not beatable. It’s exactly what you pay for. It needs some work, but it has AC it has a roof, a fridge, dog park, gym, etc. it has what you need to survive for a low price and that’s what gives it a four star for me.

I’ve been at the social block for a while I don’t plan to move anywhere else. It’s not crazy expensive, the rooms are spacious, maintenance is fast, and the pool is nice. I also enjoy having access to the gym as well as the occasional special events in the office.
