It was a hassle free experience & I enjoyed how evolved and helpful the staff was. I called a couple of times and each time the staff was more than willing to answer any questions or concerns I had.

Move in day was smooth minus the doors not working properly. I haven’t had any issues with my room. No real issues with the move-in. I had some issues with my key but it was fixed.

It is really a great experience overall. The whole process at the grand was positive and clear. The workers were always willing to help no matter what.

I stayed here my junior year and loved it! It’s right by campus and convenient. The management was helpful as well. Id recommend this for anyone interested in more of a house setting.
