So I lived here for 3 months I had to move out due mold and when I told him about the mold, they came in and painted over it and then would two weeks of painting over it. It started growing back. So I got corporate involved, and they came in and said it was mildew I don't remember the idiots name but when I said it wasn't mold he kicked the wall and said it was Mildew they also refused to test to see exactly what it is so l just don't think it's mildew and then when I also got ready to move it... they took over $2,000 from me all I'm saying is don't waste your time and money here they only care about money and it also takes maintenance two months to fix anything

Maintenance is nonexistent and the units are mold infested
We have gotten pneumonia from living here several times. Run don't walk from these apartments. The foundation is cracking away, mold is in every apartment whether it's visible or not, and they will blame you for maintenance not showing up to resolve issues. There is a reason the name keeps getting changed. Very sad, whole complex should be shut down.

Horrible, management drags their feet.
Poorly run. Management is slow to take action regarding urgent issues. My air has been out for a week with 90+ temps. I can't get anyone to give me updates on when it will be repaired. I have sent email after email trying to get management to update me on the repair. I get no response other than there is a process we have to follow. That sounds like a run around since I want estimated dates. The only way you hear anything from them is if you go to the office. If you call the office, you will get... a recording and they might get back with you depending on how they feel.
