Maintenance Request I have no complaints at all. Soon as I report an issue concerning my apartment, its handle at a timely manner and the maintenance personnel are always professional and courteous:)

Need better maintenance The apartment manager has been doing a great job lately with ensuring that repairs are carried out .
However, the quality of service does not match the rent payments. The equipment/ supplies need to be updated.
