I’ve recently moved here & I took pictures & videos of things that needed fixed nothing has been done Been without hot water since I’ve moved in that’s going on 3 months they fixed it for 2 days & had no hot water since Only 2 of my electrical sockets work nothing has been done They didn’t finish my shelves in my kitchen 3 maintenance people have been by & nothing done about it Need a new water heater My tub is half open from them knocking out the Sheetrock trying to fix the plumbing issue... but they never came back to fix that either. They move on they time. The crazy thing is the place I love if everything was right & fixed before i moved in the neighborhood I love it’s quiet I’m ready to move I’ve had so much patience but not anymore it’s inconvenient & uncomfortable have to go elsewhere just to take a shower where u paying rent & water is crazy.

they have many cockroaches it has no pool or garbage disposal the only good thing is that the rooms of 2 are large but the bathrooms also have their defects such as the pest extractor are old and damaged
