Never live her
This was the most horrible place I have ever lived. The management is honestly disgusting. Christmas Eve my house flooded, they didn't do much to help at all, and never turned my water back on either for THREE days. I was the only person living there at the time. The maintenance never gave a warning, they came in whenever they wanted. I am a girl and would wake up some mornings to random men in our house. With the flooding, it took weeks for them to replace the carpet and they gave no warning,... they came in and yelled at us to take all our stuff out of our room and wouldn't help us move anything. This place also sold our lease out from many many other peoples and us. They will never care about you, it's all about money for them, so if you want to live somewhere safe, don't even consider this place.

Love it!
I love living at CTO! The recently remodeled clubhouse and units are so clean and spacious. The amenities they provide are great, and the staff is so helpful.
