Don’t expect to get anything done within your apartment or the complex. Management is rude. And lastly don’t expect your full security deposit upon moving out, don’t clean it because they take it out anyway. Our unit was spotless. It should be the complexes duty to have it cleaned anyway especially with Covid still lurking. And a deduction for painting, that’s upsurd when rent was raised twice in the few years we were living here. That should be a part of usual maintenance these rentals require.... This is a very beautiful property! The manager is so sweet and professional.

I have lived here for a year now and it has been the best apartment I have lived at in Oxford! I never have issues with the apartment itself, one time I needed help with my garbage disposal and they came to fix it within the hour! The property manager is always available and helpful when I need her! Neighbors are all nice and mind their own business as well as we have newly updated amenities for residents that make this the perfect place to live in Oxford!

I’ve lived here for the past three years- the layout is very livable- I especially love the kitchen/ laundry layout and the location has been easy for me compared to some other locations in town my friends live. Leigh Ann the property manager goes above and beyond to make all her residents feel like they’re cared for and Anderson Grove is its own little neighborhood. Couldn’t recommend AG any more!

This property is a joke. Upon moving here, it was ok; now it is borderline living in the ghetto part of town. Residents do not care about the property, nor does the property management. You can breed dogs, smoke weed, and trash the place, which is acceptable.

You would think by them raising the rent by almost $300; they would treat their tenants who pay rent on time with a little respect. You are better off finding a place where the property management that values their tenants.
