I had a scheduled tour at 2:45 PM on July 19th, 2025, and drove hours from home to attend. When I arrived, no one was there to meet me or conduct the tour. I called multiple times hoping to reach someone, but received no response and no communication whatsoever.

This experience was incredibly frustrating and disappointing. I took time out of my weekend, made travel arrangements, and showed up on time — only to be completely ignored and left waiting with no explanation.

I was giving a renovated apartment. I haven’t been here a whole year not even 6 month. Don’t get me wrong the staff are good maintenance always come through BUT my apartment for some reason has rats & the crime out here is not good someone busted a window out in one of my vehicles. It has been some break ins here as well. My refrigerator also has been replaced but the top freezer part is the only getting cold everything in my bottom part is spoil rotten it doesn’t get cold. I sat in that office for hours, went up there almost everyday, and TRIED to keep in contact with them as much as possible via phone. I completed my application in the office and was told to go pay my $52 app fee at walmart. Once i did that i was told that i had been approved for a renovated 2bed 1bath and then she sent me to go pay a $300 security deposit the next day. That next day she switched her story and said I couldn’t get the renovated apartment so I settled for the classic. She then sat... me down and calculated the prorated rent which came out to be $254.03 plus the pest control, trash and water fees. After sitting in the office for about an hour, she was finally able to show me the apartment. By then it was closing time so she told me to come back the next day to sign my lease and get the keys. The next day comes and she then tells me that i can get into the apartment that i just paid rent for the month of October because the patio needs to be fixed. That’s something you should have together before you take my money. So I continued to try to keep contact with her about what is basically MY apartment at this point because I paid my deposit, I paid prorated rent, and I got the renters insurance and the lights on because thats what she told me i had to do before move in day and she started IGNORING MY CALLS. HOMELESS NOW because i was PROMISED a move in date with several times conversating back and fourth through email and phone. On the day of move in, i did not have an apartment and i spent money on a uhaul, movers, apartment insurance and cable for my unit. Lost all the money i had invested in getting a apartment here, 200 application fee, 50.00 uhaul, 300.00 for movers, and the insurance for the unit. i had such high hopes for this place but will never look here again.

Kashia, the manager, has been very helpful with any issues that I’ve had. The apartment and everything that comes with it have been exceptional. The maintenance people are very helpful and have great customer service. I would definitely recommend my apartment complex!!
