They do not fix anything, the apartments are infested with roaches, and you do not get your deposit back

Have not A/C for the whole month of July (HOT MISSISSIPPI). Told that it will PROBABLY be fixed in TWO Weeks. Just signed my lease July 1st and as of July 25, still have plug outlets falling out the wall. Sinks leaking and rusted through, kitchen cabinet ripped to pieces and ROACHES coming out of the MANY Holes throughout the apartment.

I've lived here for a little over of 2 years and see why there's so many horrible reviews. The pictures gives you a facade of a nice and well maintained apartment complex, that's because they took pictures of the buildings that's right next to the leasing office. The parking lots are atrocious, the parking near the back building has an open sinkhole that's been there before I moved in and only gotten bigger. There's potholes all over the place. Maintenance is virtually non-existent, I hadn't... even settled in for a month before I saw that I'd have to call or go face to face meetings just to get maintenance to do their jobs. I found two huge holes in the apartment; both under sinks (bathroom & kitchen) could of been due to plumbing but they smelled AWFUL and the one in the bathroom was stuffed with a dirty t-shirt. When maintenance aren't being lazy- they're trying to sneak in and scope out (or at least,that was my experience. major reason I moved) Neighbors are thee most horrible, loud at all times of the day and night. Oven dont work,dishwasher ,sink leaking,ceiling falling in went to management and she still hasnt fixed anything

Been living here over a yr. They won't fix anything you ask them to and no exterminator has been here. Don't move in without new carpet because if you do they won't give you new carpet once you move in. They will tell you it's too late. I'm still trying to move from here as we speak.
