maintenance suck rarely do there job apartment is not up to standard paint spills over the floor light switches nor plug outlets sitting against the wall as they should shower head old and stop up some, tub stopper missing in both bathroom. Dishwasher not bolted in right it hanging. Cats running around everywhere. Not enough parking

don’t do nothing
All they do is answer and lie , my bathroom has been messed up for a month and they still not finished . I blow up they phone and they give me an exact day when it’s gonna be fixed and no one ever comes .These buildings mostly have water damage. I do not recommend because they paint over everything to make it look better !!!!!!!!! Don’t come here I don’t recommend I won’t resign no lease I hate being here ‘!!!

Great place
The staff is amazing. They make sure all service calls are answered promptly. The front office staff is amazing with a wonderful attitude. I’ve never came in and didn’t see smiling faces. Mrs. Stuckey has been my liaison since my start. I’ve been here 2 years and haven’t ever thought about changing locations. Absolutely wonderful complex with wonderful people I highly recommend moving here.

Horrible.
The office will sneak in hundreds of dollars of fees without explanation of why. Been without half the electricity in the kitchen since December. They’re too busy painting doors to care, I guess. Gun violence is INSANE here. Don’t let the signs fool you, the cameras DONT WORK. the pools haven’t been open all summer. The trash overflows to the road. Roaches and rats. The accounts with good reviews are workers. Seriously. One of them is wearing their uniform in the profile pic. Smh. Save yourself... the danger and headache, find another place.
