Helix will never require that your rent payment be made outside of the tenant portal (through a 3rd-party service like Paypal, Cash App, Venmo, etc.) and will never require that it be made in any form of cryptocurrency. Payments should only be made from within our Tenant Dashboard for application fees, security deposits/option consideration, or rent. At Helix Property Management, we strive to provide an experience that is cost-effective and convenient. That’s why we provide a Resident Benefits Package (“RBP”) to address common headaches for our residents. Our program handles pest control, air filter changes, utility set up, and credit building at a rate of $35.95/month, added to every property as a required program. More details upon application. In addition to RBP, we provide access to liability insurance that meets your needs.
