Joanne has been in the real estate business for over 30 years. She was a real estate broker in California for 15 years and has been a broker/owner of 1st Rate Real Estate and Land Co., LLC in North Mississippi since 2001. She grew up as the child of a career military person and has lived and worked in many parts of the country including, California, South Carolina, Delaware, Alaska, Tennessee and Mississippi. She has represented buyers and sellers from all walks of life and parts of the country. She is a full service realtor who brings her extensive professional knowledge and skills to bear to get the best results for all her clients. She is a member of MLS United in North Mississippi which covers a large portion of Mississippi and is also a member of the North Central Mississippi Board of Realtors which is mostly dedicated to the Oxford and Batesville area which includes the University of Mississippi in Oxford. She also has dealt in a lot of land sales and has staff members who specialize in land and know every acre of the territory. Joanne has enjoyed serving her community and has been a member and the president of the local Chamber of Commerce, the local Rotary Club and the local Humane Society.
