I lived here for over a year. Maintenance was always willing to help, management was SUPER friendly and I never felt unsafe. The walls ARE pretty thin and you can hear pretty much everything in the surrounding apartments, but that never bothered me too much.

Biggest regret was moving out!

Look at the google reviews if you need help deciding on this place. The walls are so thin you can hear someone open their fridge from the middle of your apartment. Management is poor and refuses to work with or even communicate with their tenants. Now the biggest issue was our washers pump went out(included amenity in every unit per their website) over a month ago and we are still receiving the run around as well as no compensation for having to use a laundry mat offsite. Complex looks nice on the surface, don’t be fooled. Unless you like silverfish climbing the walls, in your cabinets, food and eating your close. Living here for a year, reported problem multiple time. Now gnats have joined the party. Maintenance comes and sprays but that does nothing. One staff members tells me it’s not their problem it is a Hattiesburg problem (ridiculous statement). I have two apartments here and the problem is in both. This is disgusting and a health concern.
