I was kinda excited to speak with someone in the office this afternoon about the chance to rent one of the apartments at Mark 111. However, after a few questions being answered over the phone while knowing I was sitting right outside the office door left me confused. I have been to several apartment complexes in my life looking for a place to call home, but I have never been treated as rudely or disrespected more than I was today. Also, I know now why she did not give me her name.

Great Apartment Experience
For the price, this is a wonderful one bedroom apartment. Before moving here, I toured almost every 1 bedroom apartment in Hattiesburg and this was by far the best option for me (and the largest apartment I found). I've lived here a year and it's a very quiet and safe community, the staff are extremely helpful and easy to work with, and the fact that it has a full laundry room with WD included can't be beat. It's less than 5 minutes away from USM and less than 10 minutes away from shopping and... restaurants. If you are in the market for a 1brm in Hattiesburg, make sure to tour this place and you'll be sold.

Why my apartment is perfect!
In 2013, I was placed in a terrible situation and my husband and I divorced. At 65 and being displaced was so overwhelming. To say the last sentences, leads me to the reason I rate my apartment complex, Mark III, as being an excellent place for me to live. The apartments are older but very well kept. The tenants are middle age to older, no college students, the pool never crowded and gives us the feeling of our "private pool." The manager is very nice and when you report something, it is... handled almost immediately. The day you need help, you get it! Each neighbor looks out for each other. The Mark III apartments are simply wonderful and the "best kept secret in Hattiesburg, MS."
