Management here is extremely poor. Had many issues with my apartment, including leaking/cracking ceilings, leaking A/C unit, bug problems, and extremely loud and sketchy neighbors. There is no on-call maintenance despite what is advertised, and the "maintenance" that is available is not helpful. Management once sent a police officer to "fix" my leaking ceiling: he told me to use a bucket to catch the water and hope it stopped. Avoid this property and save yourself the trouble. Not worth the... increased prices.

I am a current resident at long leaf pointe and we love all the new updates. My roommate and I have been here for about a year now and we have been really happy with all the new updates around the apartments which makes it so much nicer and the new management is amazing, so nice and friendly and we have never had any problems being able to contact them if we have maintenance problems.
