I love living here! The manager Terry Sue is great, the price is great, it is a great place to live. They are doing a lot of upgrades and me and my kids really love living there.

The apartments don’t look like the pictures shown, constant loud music and neighbors, trash everywhere, drug deals and guns all over, no management, and when they are there nothing is done. Prices going up and not worth it.

In the last 6 months, this out of state company has slapped us with first $75 increase in rent and now they want to go up another $150 and request a second security deposit. They promised upgrades but nothing has happened. There is no washer and dryer in the rooms or on the property. There was before they bought it and they promised us a new and improved one with the last increase but it hasn't happened. Other tenants throw their trash anywhere and will yell across the complex at all hours of... the night. Parking is terrible. This place was a ripoff at $550 for the tiny apartments. At $700 a month they wish to straight steal from you. Getting things in your apartment fixed in a timely manner doesn't happen. This place is not worth living at at the costs they are asking now.
