They never fix any appliance issues, they didn't fix the front door -security issue so we had to change the locks and door ourselves, the stove was broken FOR MONTHS, the washer and dryers never worked and we were there for 2 years. apartment complex had tons of bug issues because they had the other units demolished and left garbage everywhere, they took down our backyard fence WITH NO NOTICE-they made this place INHABITABLE - now that we finally moved out they wont give us our security deposit... and gave us so many issues prior to moving out. My move in date here was June 17, 2020. I had to call them on the 16th to confirm my move in date and apt number because I haven’t received any info. I was told on the 16th I would receive an email with pictures of the apartment move in date. When it came time to move in I didn’t received an email so I went to the apartments office and was met outside by Moses, Temetrick who told me that the apt is not ready and will email me when it’s ready. I didn’t receive the email until June 17th 3:38pm.... When I got there to clean it up at 4:15pm June 17th. The apartment was just nasty. The ceiling over the dining area was caving in, the kitchen drawers had holes in it, there was no door to the patio in the back like the others, trash in the closet with the heater, holes in the walls and much more. I immediately called but the office was closed so waited until June 18th to call and Landmark Apts answered the phone (of course because seems as tho Beauregard employees is never in) and I left a message. I received a call from Temetrick almost noon on June 18th asking what’s wrong. I explained to her the issue. She told me that she sorry and doesn’t have a Maintence man as he is on vacation and it would be weeks for the stuff to be fixed. I told her no I want a refund. She said she will call the next day after speaking with her manager who was in town to get my refund processed. So June 19th received a call before 5pm from Temetrick being so apologetic obviously because she finally did her job and examined the apt and seen all the work that needed to be done. And stated that if I give her a couple weeks she will fix it and prorate my rent. I told her I don’t have weeks and was told that the maintenance guy working on the apartment was fired and my apartment was his last job. Once again denied the offer I want my money. She said that my refund was approved and will have it in 7days. I didn’t receive anything. I left a lot out because we would be here all day.

I was hesitant to rent here because I had seen bad reviews. However, they recently got new management who are excellent. Management is always in the office when they say they will be and if I've needed something they are on it immediately. They are fixing and updating surfaces, roofs, doors, lights etc. I love the amount of space that these apartments have. I really have no complaints.
