I have been residing at Maison D’ Orleans for the past two years, and my experience has been nothing short of exceptional.
Maintenance and Grounds One of the most impressive aspects of living here is the maintenance team. Any issues I’ve encountered have been taken care of in a timely manner, and I have never had to deal with a repeat issue after a repair. The property itself is beautifully maintained. The grounds are always well kept, and trash collection is excellent, with trucks coming at... least twice a week to keep everything tidy.
Amenities They clearly care about keeping the property updated, as both of the laundry rooms have recently been upgraded with brand new washers and dryers.
Staff and Management What truly sets this community apart is the staff. They are incredibly knowledgeable and always ready to help with any concerns or questions I might have. The collective experience of the staff at Maison D’ Orleans is like “old money” -valuable and wise.
Bottom Line I highly recommend staying at Maison D’ Orleans for apartments if you are looking for a well-managed, comfortable, and reliable place to call home.

Piece of crap
Roach City, pest control don't come like they should, shade tree maintenance, rigged AC, lazy, rude, don't give a darn staff.

Misleading Property with Poor Priorities
The roaches are tolerable. You can grow accustomed to the police frequently coming into the area for various calls. The biggest issue is maintenance. Expect to never have working AC and your ceilings to leak until they fall down. You can remind the office of your problems for weeks and the minute you stop asking them to fix it they’ll assume the problem solved itself. However, if they fail to properly verify your rent expect a letter of eviction on your door the same day. DO NOT LIVE HERE.

Run as fast as you can. They don’t maintain the apartments and require you to sign a lease before walking through or they show you a model unit. The drugs and German roaches are terrible. None is f the units have W/D hookups.

Great Experience!!
I was fortunate to find these apartments as I had no idea about the area. My lease is up and sadly I’m going back to Arizona. I felt safe, the neighbors were friendly as were the people in the office. I have a small dog and felt comfortable walking him any time. The grounds are well kept and the location is great!! I plan to rent here again if I have the opportunity to come back to this area.
