The staff here goes above and beyond for your comfort and assistance. Jena gave me a tour of the grounds, a unit, and the amenities. She was very informative and kind making the experience lovely. The grounds and units are nicely renovated as well.

I would not recommend living at this apartment complex. There is constant noise throughout the day and night—especially from the upstairs neighbor who bangs on the floor regularly, making it nearly impossible to relax or enjoy a TV show in peace. Cars pull up blasting music at all hours, take up multiple parking spots, and I’ve even seen tenants parking on the grass directly in front of their units, which is supposedly against the rules.

Despite documenting everything and submitting formal... complaints with photo or video evidence, management continues to brush things off as “normal apartment living noise.” I’ve lived in multiple apartment communities, and this is by far the loudest, most chaotic one I’ve experienced. Nothing ever gets resolved, and complaints are met with dismissal rather than action.

The property itself is also poorly maintained—there’s often dog waste left in the grass, and it’s clear that rules aren’t enforced. It feels like management just lets anyone do whatever they want without consequences.
