They have had ONE trash can for over 100 residents that is always overflowing, they VERY recently put in another very small dumpster that also is constantly overflowing. They just spend who knows who much on the road that was fine instead of taking on the real issue, the trash!! It’s absolutely disgusting!!

Literally the Garbage. This complex has a trash problem. Regularly the singular trash compactor is overrun with garbage spilling out into the walkway and street. Residents have taken to the habit of putting their trash on top of their cars to take it to the only dumpster at this community, and if it falls off and onto the street? Forget about it, and expect the litter to stay there for days. It’s been so bad recently that entire bags of garbage have been seen -intact- on the side of the highway... on ramp leaving the facility.
Until management does something to stop this kind of thing happening, I do not recommend living here. The easiest solution is obvious - get dumpsters closer to the buildings. Make sure they are close enough for residents to walk their trash, and this can stop happening.
Peine Lakes, you have been told how to fix this. Do something about it.
