Open communication /truthful transparency Ashton parc is a nice community, centrally located with access to a plethora of dining and shopping. They want you to pay for “valet” garbage, when you can take your own. We asked about upstairs neighbors and were told it’s pretty quiet. It has been nonstop stomping, running, etc upstairs. Wish the leasing agent would have been truthful and we could have picked another unit or complex all together. The gated entry doesn’t work so the gate is always... open. The washer and dry are small and loud and rusty. The Sunday “brunch” are packaged pastries. Don’t get me wrong it a great community and the rent is decent.
