Waiting for 6 months, when was supposed ro be two. Would not ket me view the apt until signed lease and paid....i now see why...move inspection....holes in ceiling about shower, red hair dye all over bathroom woodwork....deep dents in woodwork, water damage about kitchen looks like the ceiling is about to fall in, kitchen counter knife mark, huge chips out....spray painted countertop and on joining wall, washer and dryer look ancient...cracks, dents, scuffs all over doirs and walls, front door... cracked someone could just push the door in.....nail and huge screws holes all over just painted over,. aLL outlet and light switch covers have paint all over them...horrible paint job....cheap linoleum, rusty outlet bolts looks like some one smoked and the ceiling is dirty grey....musty smelling..they literally tell tou you have to wipe the condensation off the windows because of mold growth.....dingy ceiling fans...bug filled light fixtures....poor lighting....black crap coming out of ceiling vents....shower so short my daughter has to bend down to wash her hair....red splotches in bathtub...outdated sljding doors on tub.. tiny toilet...scuffed up sinks and counters.... They said they didnt have time to fix before we moved in.....disgusting ...but they made us sign lease before we could do the walk through...if they fix this stuff...ill update my review...but staff didnt seem very sympathetic.....:(

Don't bother me, I'm working!
Might be the cheapest place in town with washers and dryers in the units. Old, dated apartments and appliances. Kept functioning well but not pretty. Surrounded by the golf course so no traffic, no strangers walking or cruising in the area, no crime. Management will refuse any request the first time you ask! "I just got taken by ambulance to the ER, can you lock my apartment door?" - No we dont provide that service! "I just got to St Louis and think I left the oven on!, can you check please?"... - No we dont provide that service! (It's your apartments that will burn down.) They told us 2 months ago to take everything off the balconies so they can repaint. They cant paint 500 balconies in one week! They still havent got to my building! I am paying for a balcony they don't want me to use? They claim to have catered parties and events. I have never heard of any until AFTERWARDS. We have frequently requested better communication from them and from their corporate off. No response.

Horrible office staff
I would not recommend looking here. My roomate and I were assured several times by several office staff that there would be an apartment available for us. A few weeks before move in time we were informed that they took too many deposits and didn't have any apartments available. I have heard many other bad reviews about this place.

Horrible customer service. Office staff is rude and condescending. They do not care about their residents and God forbid you call in with a question or a reasonable request. Very unprofessional and untrained management.

The Green's
Worse place ever to live. Please look else where. Rude office help. Incompetent maintenance. Apartments falling apart. Roaches on the counters. Bathroom nasty.
