I’ve enjoyed living here overall. The apartment is in a convenient location close to campus, and the staff has always been friendly and helpful when I’ve needed assistance. The amenities are nice, and maintenance requests are usually handled in a timely manner. One area that could be improved is hosting more resident events and activities to help build a stronger sense of community. Overall, it’s been a good place to live while attending school.

Too many changes have happened and are causing more headaches for residents. still a good place to live just need to get everyone on the same page.

I don't have any complaints, and I feel like it keeps getting better! I especially love the giveaways on Thursdays. That's one of my favorite things about Aspen.

Noisy upstairs neighbors and not much has been done about it, complex is extremely dirty, washer was broken and even though we immediately put in a maintenance request it took nearly two months to fix. i also keep receiving an extra $12 charge for renters insurance even though a few months ago we called and they told us they have a copy of our insurance and that they will add a $12 credit to our account every time it gets taken out, and that we just have to call to remind them to give us the... credit. I understand there’s new management but then that means there needs to be more communication on their end instead of pushing back on refunding us the money that they are unnecessarily taking out. like i said, i have and provided renter’s insurance, i’ve sent multiple copies as proof, and im still getting charged for it. I think overall aspen has been great especially for the price. I love the amenities and the room size! The staff is super friendly and maintence team answers requests quickly
