It’s alright. There’s a good amount of reasons one would want to sign a lease here. All the utilities are included in the rent. You’re able to get your own parking spot. It’s a gated area assuming the gates are functioning.

i’m so excited to move in and be an aspen resident! the entire process has been so easy and the girl who helped me and my roommates was so helpful and kind. the place is so nice i can’t wait to make so many memories there!

Love the amenities, i can't wait for the pool to open. Love that I can leave my trash bag outside my front door instead of lugging it to a dumpster. And maintenance was on point shoveling and salting the sidewalks during this last snowstorm.
