I love the new coffee machine, I think it is a good idea. I myself have not used it yet, but I know once I come back down after Christmas break I will be using.

i like how the unit is updated/modern, but the complex itself is not very clean. the trash cans are always overflowing and the hot tub was green and dirty all summer. i feel pretty safe when the gate is working which is also a plus.

My experience living here has been mostly positive! The community is quiet, clean, and well-maintained. Maintenance requests are handled fairly quickly, and the staff are friendly and helpful. The location is super convenient—close to shops, restaurants, and campus. Parking can be a bit limited at times, and I wish there were more community events, but overall it’s been a great place to live. I’d definitely recommend it to students or young professionals looking for a safe and comfortable... apartment community.

I love accessing the gym at all hours! The apartments are really nice and so is the staff. Personally, I haven't used the pool a bunch but maybe next semester. The sand volleyball court is a really nice touch.
