These apartments are named after the original occupants, Koenigsbruk & Boehmer, purveyors of buggies, wagons, and more. It has been restored into 16 studio apartments with 5000 ft.² of commercial space on the first floor. The studio apartments feature original hardwood floors, restored historic windows, and handcraft cedar wood countertops. Internet is included. Nightlife is just a short walk away! Nearby food and entertainment includes Flame Kitchen, Civil Kitchen, Nonna’s Italian Restaurant, the Vandevort Hotel, the Hour House, the Springfield Little Theater, the College Station Movie Theater, and much more. MSU it’s just 0.4 miles away. OTC and Drury are also close by! The attached pictures are representative of the unit. Second floor units are finished with sage-colored cabinetry. Third-floor units have blue-painted cabinets. Some aspects may vary, including ceiling height. Furnished units are available for an additional charge while supplies last. Murphy beds (single or double) are also available for rent upon request and while supplies last. Dedicated parking is available (for a charge) to the first eight tenants who apply and request it. Most units include a upper loft platform. And there are laundry facilities available on site.
