This is by far the best apartment complex I’ve lived in. The office staff, Claire and Pam, are very easy going, helpful and responsive. The maintenance staff is prompt to address any issues, as well as professional and friendly. The complex is beautiful inside and out and extremely well maintained. I highly recommend Aventura at Richmond!

Great place great location!
Really loved my apartment at Richmond. Super friendly office staff and fast maintenance if you should ever have any issues! I was in a two bedroom one bathroom with a very spacious living room dining space area which made having people over at my apartment enjoyable!
