Poor communication from the management team. Prices keep going up & amenities are being taken away. For example, we now have to supply for ourselves filters for the fridge. The grounds are poorly maintained, a lot of dog poop in the area from owners not picking up after their pets. We had several issues with maintenance in the home. Disappointed with the quality considering how much we pay in rent.

We strive for 100% satisfaction, and we regret to find out that this was not the case. We provide fresh refrigerator water filters upon move in and replace them within the first six months of residence. After that, it falls upon the resident to... replace their water filter. We do take pride in our community and our teams work diligently to keep the spaces beautiful, and we understand that it's frustrating when people do not take responsibility for their pets. Additionally, our maintenance team is quick and effective when it comes to taking care of issues in resident units.
