Been stuck here two years. German roaches EVERYWHERE. They will have pest control come after weeks, and it will solve nothing. They’re in the walls, stairwells & hallways. Run away unless you enjoy leaving lights on and covering drains on vacations.

We have lived here for about a year now. This is a great apartment, and we have no complaints! The few times that we have had to had maintenance fix something, they have gone above and beyond and responded that day or the next day and fixed the issues. They are also very friendly and trust worthy. The office staff is always very on top of things, plan a lot of fun events for the apartment community, and are always so helpful and nice! I recommend this apartment to anyone!

We moved here 5 months ago. The staff are all friendly and helpful. When you have a problem that needs fixing maintenance comes to repair your issue. They have several special events that gives you an opportunity to meet fellow residents and socialize with everyone. My floor seems very quiet. I am not bothered with the noise from the other apartments. I find this an excellent place to live.

I've lived in a handful of apartments over the years and this one is both nice and takes good care of the residents.

I just moved in. The apartment was move in ready. Julyenne was very responsive to my questions and concerns. The process was seamless. The process of moving is always a challenge. The 5300 Team helped make the transition so much easier by having everything in place, clean and every worker was friendly and ready to offer help. Thanks to the staff for all the assistance!
