That was my first apartment i absolutely loved living there i had little issues here and there as anyone will no matter where you stay but my overall experience living there was good i want to move back there because my children often express how that is the only place that has ever felt like home to them and i feel the same way as well.

This was my first apartment and I’ve had a slew of maintenance issues. It was a hassle 95% of the time to get a maintenance worker to come fix what I complained about. Sometimes, they would never show up. I reported a leak once and no one showed up, a week later, my downstairs neighbor’s ceiling caved in due to that leak. The price is decent for the space and the area, which isn’t the best area to live in. If you don’t mind crappy maintenance and gunshots every other night, then this is the... place for you.

HI MY NAME IS CHINA HALE AND I STAY DOWNTOWN SAINT LOUIS IN APARTMENTS CALLED "PRESERVATION SQUARE". NO TOO FAR FROM ENTERTAINMENT SUCH AS WASHINGTON STREET WHERE THERE IS RESTAURANTS, CLUBS/BARS AND FASHION STORES. RIGHT NOW I STAY IN A 1 BEDROOM PRETTY SPACIOUS WITH WOOD FLOORING. THE AREA IS WELL MAINTAINED AND THE STAFF ARE ALWAYS AROUND TO HELP. IT DOES HAVE A TENNIS, BASKETBALL AND SWIMMING POOL WITH LOUNGING CHAIRS. I WOULD LIKE TO DECORATE MY APARTMENT BUT I'M ONLY ABLE TO DO ONE STEP AT... A TIME DUE TO HAVING PAY RENT WITH A PART TIME JOB. HAVING FREE RENT FOR A YEAR WILL MAKE EVERYTHING A LOT LIGHTER ON ME AND ILL BE ABLE TO MAKE MY APARTMENT AS COZY AS IT NEEDS TO BE.
