No working elevators, no parking, filthy windows that don’t open, hallways are also filthy and I could go on and on about the cons of this place

Thank you for the review. The building does have new property management that continues to make progress cleaning up previous management issues. The new management team has spent extensive time cleaning out the building.
The elevator went out of... service for a bit of time. It has been repaired.
The building does partner with the garage across the street. Parking is available in that garage.
The building is the adaptive reuse of an historic office building. The windows have never been operable. The views from this building are impressive.
The units are beautiful. The amenities are impressive for a building with only 51 apartments.
The new management team will continue to work diligently to improve the resident experience.

i’ve been living at this apartment complex for over a year now, and I can confidently say it's been a fantastic experience. Safety is a top priority here; I always feel secure coming and going, even late at night. The well-lit areas from the city lights and secure entry points give me peace of mind. The management team is definitely responsive and attentive to residents' needs. They've been quick to address any concerns or questions I've had, making me feel valued and heard as a tenant. The... maintenance crew is equally impressive – they work efficiently and are always on top of repairs, ensuring everything runs smoothly. The event room and gym are real gems of this complex. The event room is a versatile space, perfect for hosting gatherings or meetings. It's been a game-changer for my social life. The gym, on the other hand, has everything I need for a great workout. From cardio machines to free weights, it's well-equipped and maintained. It's like having a mini fitness center right at my doorstep. Overall, this complex caters to the needs of all age ranges, providing a safe and comfortable living environment with outstanding amenities. I highly recommend it!

New to the Neighborhood!
Just moved in but so far everything has been great! Quick response times whenever I need something, security systems for the building is great and I’m in love with my apartment! Glad I chose FPL!!!

Beautiful Building
Love this building and my apartment. The floor-to-ceiling windows with views of the Arch and Busch stadium are fabulous. Perfect walking distance to Busch and Enterprise. The new management has been very responsive, accommodating, and helpful!!

No parking
The property manager promised a finished parking garage when I signed my lease. Stated it would take a few months in that time frame I had to spend over 700 dollars from having to park across a busy street! There are numerous windows and other vehicles vandalized on a daily basis! The owner does not care and has no expectations on getting parking for his residents do not move here! It’s overpriced and no security or parking.
