The property is in an ideal place where you are close to everything.(I would suggest having a car or bike, but most everything is walkable too.)
The building is old,so units have different amenities. Call and confirm amenities on the listing you want. The staff is great, Faye the property manager is very friendly.
Elevators for moving furniture. You can barely fit a king sized mattress into it. Larger couches and stuff might need to go up stairs.

Great Place to Call Home!
I have lived in this building since 2016 and have never been happier to call someplace 'home'. My apartment is an amazing blend of old and new that you can't find just anywhere. Echo is well managed by Faye who pays attention to all details big and small. Come and see for yourself why this building is one of the best kept secrets in Saint Paul.
