We were not able to see the unit or tour the building until the day we moved in. We were shown a demo unit and given a floorplan which bore no resemblance to the actual unit. Common areas are disgusting and in need of repair.

We were on the 14th floor. The freight elevator had not worked in years. Of the two people elevators, only one worked. The elevators are old and frequently broke down causing us to walk all 14 flights with groceries.

We moved out and they padded the final bill with... utility charges that were supposed to be included. They also added a cleaning charge. I've been trying to resolve the final bill for months. They don't want to talk or discuss. Infuriating!

so, I moved in in 2023, and the office was always closed and maintenance men were scarce. But, the people who lived here were kind and courteous and cared about each other. then in 2024, the property got bought by Greystar, and things looked up. But now the turnover in the office is HIGH, the main "Managers" they do have are always looking for ways to either ignore you, or if your one that is going to be heard, they will start slapping you with huge fines as a 'penalty'. DO NOT LIVE HERE! That’s the best advice you can get. The apartment I was given didn’t resemble the what I was shown at all. When I moved in I was surprised to see that my apartment door was open and the place was trashed. The room also didn’t resemble the floor plan I was shown in any way in terms of the layout or rooms. It makes me sick to my stomach to say that I live here. The appliances are literally held together by tape and covered in rust and stains. The entire complex is trashed. Living here has been the longest headache of my life. The elevators are constantly broken, fire alarms go off multiple times a week, the laundry facilities are unkempt and often broken, the gym is an utter joke with little equipment and broken machines. Management has changed in my time here, but I’ve seen no improvements. Get ready to be gaslit like crazy and waste your money on rent for a terrible building. Stay far away. Find another apartment.

Please dont ever go to this Coronado apartment for these reasons:
1/ They never fix my air/heat conditioner, I have to open the oven in the kitchen the whole year to warm up in the winter. And i have to open the fridge to cool down in the summer. I came and asked them so many times but they never actually done fixing it. Not only me, but also my other friends living in the same floor were suffering the same things and she had to buy her mini cool fan for it.
2/ Rude people with unprofessional... interaction. Dont even mention about their manager lol
3/ the ceiling was dropping on my face with white stuffs while i was sleeping and my friends came and ask what was on my face at that time lol
