They office & maintenance staff are diligent about caring for all resident needs. They have activities with the Boys & Girls Club on-site and even an 8 week summer camp, The property is located in one of the Best school districts in St. Louis County. It is a hidden "gem" close to highway 70 & Lucas & Hunt.

They have good maintenance they keep the grass cut and they also have outside cameras they watch everything in the office they get you together but Chris he has good customer service skills

I love the town home set up, but it really needs a major upgrade in the kitchen and bathrooms. The community is getting to be a little noisy from families with multiple children. I wish for a covered parking space
