This is one of the coolest and most lively neighborhoods I’ve ever been part of. There’s always something fun going on, the property looks great, and the community energy is unmatched. Truly a unique place to call home.

We rented a 3 bed 3 bath home from Promenade and would do it again. Anytime we had an issue it was easily submitted through the portal and answered quickly. The maintenance team was very nice and they were always very punctual. We appreciated that very much! The Promenade office was always so inviting and willing to help in any way. I appreciate Pam and Amy and still go in to say hello! Promenade was a great place to rent from and I would do it again if needed.

The entire management support team for the apartment complex are fantastic and very responsive whenever I’ve had issues. The properties are well maintained and I’ve never felt as safe as I do living here. I’d recommend the promenade if you’re looking for a place to live.

I have lived in apartments most of my adult life. This is by far the best of them all. Always something happening in New Town. Management and maintenance staff are the best. If you need something repaired, they are here quickly no matter how big or small the issue is. You cannot find a better place to call home.
