I started out here in a one bedroom apartment when I was still dating my now wife. We moved away for a while but came back to this area a few years ago. We've been living in a 2 bedroom apartment for a few years now and we love it here. My kids have plenty of places to play, the office staff is nice, the maintenance man is super kind. The apartments are nice, but there is little to no storage. The amenities are nearly non existent. The “gym” is a room big enough to fit a treadmill, elliptical, and some dumbbells. The internet is always going in and out. You can hear everything through the walls. The hot water only lasts about 10 minutes in the shower. People are constantly revving up their engines in the parking lot early in the morning and late at night. I’m constantly being woken up by a dog barking early in the morning.... Recently, packages have been getting stolen off of residents’ front doors and the office is not willing to pull camera footage because they said “there is nothing we can do”. Let's start with the good, they are new and conviently located and pet friendly. If you plan to live on the bottom floor dont, the sound proofing is non existent and you can hear any and everything the people above you are doing. The cabinets aren't spaced correctly so they rub together when you open them and much of the inside feels cheap and rushed. The promised amenities don't really exsist with the rec room, work out space, and coffee bar (a coffee pot?) all being inside the very small... leasing office.
