We were surprised to receive your note since we don’t yet know... who is causing the noise, but we definitely want to get this resolved for you. The best next step is to notify us right away when the disturbance is happening so we can identify the source and address it directly. You can also submit a noise complaint through the office so we have it documented. We take these matters seriously and will do everything we can to restore the peace and quiet you deserve at your home at 23rd & Swift!

I love it here!
I’ve been living at 23rd and Swift for about 4-5 months now and I really love it here! The leasing staff is super friendly and always helpful any time I may need something. The amenities are awesome too - nice gym and pool, cool common areas, and everything is always clean which sticks out to me. I'm so glad I chose to move in here!

Thank you for sharing your thoughts. We’d love to clarify a few things about our pet-friendly features. While interior pet access has never been part of our amenity offerings, we’re proud to provide several dog stations throughout the community and a... generous amount of grassy space, especially on the Swift side.
Additionally, there’s a spacious public dog park just up the street that many of our pet owners enjoy. If you have ideas for future enhancements, we’re always happy to listen!
