So far it's been great. Everyone has been helpful. I haven't had an issue.

The Move in process was very easy and i appreciate that we got a welcome gift (even able to choose what you want) we picked coffee and got some grounds from a nice local place in St. Charles! Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Just moved in so may have to update.

If you like breathing second hand smoke from your neighbor’s apartment, this is the complex for you! And occasionally the stench of weed. The entire complex is NO SMOKING inside. It’s in the lease. Management will do nothing to enforce this. It’s especially bad when you have asthma and have to breathe cigarette smoke in your own apartment. Noise issues and lots of drama and police activity. Would never recommend anyone live here. We have had issue after issue and have only lived here about 6 months. All issues are maintenance involved and maintenance is TERRIBLE. Takes weeks to even come look at the issue. We didn’t have a working dishwasher for the first 3 months of living here and was still expected to pay full rent. We will on ground level and for the last month have noticed our spare bed room was getting wet around the window. Reached out as soon as we noticed and it was about... a week before someone even came to look at it. All the did was repaint where the water had stained on the baseboards. When it rained a lot a couple of weeks ago I reached out again and they apparently came and resealed the window. With all the rain this last week the room is more wet than it had ever been. The water damage is no longer just under the window it’s the entire length of the wall and the carpet is wet at least a foot away from the wall. And all they want to do to fix it is repaint. By this point I’m sure the subfloors, carpet and baseboards are ruined and growing mold. Where ever the water is coming in there’s also bugs and spiders coming in. Completely uninhabitable. Not to mention the complex claims to not have a key to our specific apartment so in order for maintenance to even get in I have to either be home or leave the door unlocked which is an absolute no. For paying what we do a month this is completely unacceptable and we will be breaking our lease as soon as we find a house. Read More
