So, after paying the application fee for two adults and being dragged along for two months in hopes of obtaing residency in order to live more affordably, finally middle of the third month finally processed and told that we were declined due to a delinquent gas bill in collections, " Even though" their units are total electric. The management for the Monett location is very rude, insensitive, self absorbed, and should really be up front and honest regarding credit requirements prior to wasting... an individual's money and time!!!! People have no couth.
