Do not move here unless you're comfortable with them arbitrarily raising your rent by 15% every year. I'm in my third year and I'm paying over $250 more every month than i moved in.
They also don't maintain to facilities at all. Almost none of the equipment in the "fitness center" is functional. Some hasn't worked since long before I moved in.

This is a very quiet community. The staff is friendly and responsive. The few times I have needed maintenance it has been very quick. The grounds are always clean. The location is perfect. I would recommend this to anyone.

I lived at Stonegate for a year. It was my first apartment and I loved it. Staff was great about getting any problems fixed almost immediately. Great neighborhood, great spot, nice and quiet.

I live in the bottom floor and have had mold several times. They continue to do nothing about it. I feel management takes advantage of me being young and are extremely rude. They always shrug off my concerns

Been at Stonegate for 3 years now. Very happy with the response to any maintenance need over my time here. The facilities are very nice, great gym and clubhouse that can be rented out for parties. The pool is the best apartment pool in the area, hands down. The staff is nice and very helpful. Walking distance to the grocery store and many great restaurants.
