We lived in a 2 bedroom townhouse for 2 years here during the last 2 years of college. Overall the management is by far the best asset to this place. Clint is so helpful. He would come over at 9 PM to fix things, our A/C went out during one of the summers and he immediately got us a new, more efficient one the next day. Rent was always reasonable, and the water and trash are split throughout the complex based on square footage. Having a private garage was also very nice and added some extra... storage space you don't get at most apartments.
Walls can be a little thin at times. Our main reason for moving was 1. improving our living situation, but 2. our neighbors the second year were very inconsiderate with noise late in the night.
Overall it's not luxurious apartments, but they are very reasonably priced and have good attentive management.
