Marijuana smoke seeped thru the dryer vents, filling our unit with smoke. We had to move out as soon as we moved in. Our stuff smelled like smoke and we had to pitch many things.
This is not a luxury apartment and is poorly managed.
Water pressure a drizzle, place was dirty at move-in, dog poop in pathways, smelly stairwells, the list goes on.

DONT MOVE HERE. 10 car break in’s in one week, motorcycle stolen 3 stolen cars, property damage, a homicide and so much more problems. In such a short period of time (less than 6 months) They have no security despite what they say. Metro police coming through for less than 10 minutes a day isn’t secure. Let’s have security guards work at a bank for 30 minutes a day and see how that goes… they tell us to buy our own security cameras without thinking about half of the people don’t have apartment... facing a parking lot, so you’re on your own. They give obscure answers to questions and don’t care about the safety of their residents, just their bottom line. This project is a failure already. Get out while you can. They also charge residents 100+ dollars for water because they share the cost of all the units( ratio utility billing). It’s unfair if you’re a single person in a 1 bedroom. You are paying for other people’s water usage plus what is most likely a hefty up charge. Seriously get away from this hell hole full of fake and uncaring owners. Also to add its next to a CAT big equipment company and a Mining quarry and the noise CONSTANT 24/7, drives everyone insane. Seriously ignore how nice it looks, stay far from here.
